Keeping warm this winder with Lovedrobe!

Winter is well and truly here with us, it’s been getting so so cold and all I could think of is finding a coat that could fit me 5 weeks postpartum with my body shape being all over the place. It was like the fashion gods heard my desperate cry to find a coat, as I received a lovely email from Lovedrobe asking if I’d kindly like to review an item of my choosing and well.. suffice to say my prayers had been answered and I went straight to their Coats and Jackets page!

I chose the KoKo Faux Fur Colar Padded Jacket and I’m just over the moon! I sized up to a 28 as would usually go for a 26 however remembered KoKo sizes can sometimes be small. The coat is everything I could want in a coat, It’s padding helps keep it nice and warm against these biting winds and I love that it has the elasticated clasp belt, there are just some days I’m feeling sassy and wish to define my figure and the belt helps frame my curves, and with it being detachable you can simply remove it for the days you don’t want it.

With it’s  adjustable pull string hood and luxe faux fur for a collar which is also detachable I might add, it’s makes it perfect to snuggle into this winter come rain or snow!  I’m 5’3 and the coat is the perfect length for me, It looks great  with a pair of your favourite skinny jeans and boots or like me, leggings and trainers for a more Sunday casual vibe.

For some, a bag, pair of shoes or lipstick are a staple for winter, but for me, this coat is 100% going to get worn which is strange for me as I hate wearing coats as I get far too hot but it must have magic padding in it or something as I just love it. If you’re on the hunt for a coat with a gorgeous faux fur hood, zip and popper pockets and an awesome belt to make you feel snazzy then I’d recommend this one!

Do you have your winter coat yet?

Some Items may of been sent for Review, however the opinion is 100% honest and my own.

    • It really is the perfect thickness! I’m not too hot that I sweat in it, however if it’s cold and windy I feel cosy inside! It’s so wearable with anything so it’s the perfect coat for me! Literally so in love with it! x

Ahhh, looks so cosy! I think you chose well.

I’m still wearing my maternity coat at the moment but it’s not very flattering minus the bump so I’m on the hunt for a new one.
